At Pujia Mills, we prioritise your satisfaction with our products. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions associated with returns, refunds, and cancellations:

Product Returns:

  • Products that have been customised, personalised, or tailored specifically to your requirements are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects:

  • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement of the product at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team within 2 DAY of receiving the defective item to initiate the replacement process. We may require photographic evidence of the defect for assessment.

Order Cancellation:

  • You have the option to cancel an order placed with Pujia Mills within the same working day the order was placed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item is received, inspected, and its condition is confirmed to meet our return policy criteria.
  • Please allow 14 DAYS for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events may not be eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
